Throughout the organization, the improvement of both product and process quality standards is a key priority orientating strategies and decisions.. Policrom has been ISO certified since the early 1990’s; and its monitoring and control policies, as well as its attention to continuous improvements, have resulted in a particularly low rate of claims from clients (0,02%).

From Carvico warehouse the Company ships to clients located in over 100 Countries; the warehouse in Karlsruhe ensures the best service throughout Germany, Policrom’s second most important market; Policrom Inc., the sister company in Philadelphia, supplies customers in North America, Canada, Central and South America; last but not least, Policrom Shanghai has recently opened to serve the Chinese market.
